Project Cycle Management & MEAL

This session enables all participants to align themselves with the process of planning, implementing and monitoring a project, as an introduction to the programmatic sessions. In addition, they can understand the key role of using data in all phases of the project and the importance of data for decision making. At the end of the session, all participants will be able to articulate the concepts and phases of project cycle management, defend the purpose and relevance of MEAL and list the key activities of MEAL in all project phases.
