Interactive and online database, completed by adolescent and youth participants of the project. Young people fill in the requested personal information related to different aspects such as housing, economic status, ethnicity, disability; income, living conditions, education status and others. The platform calculates the level of vulnerability based on internal scoring of vulnerability elements. Vulnerability is determined at 3 levels: low, medium and high level. Through this application the data is received and processed in real time and can be updated.
