Toolkit for Public Management in Favor of Adolescence and Youth

This Toolkit has been developed for Bolivia´s Ministry of Justice, with support from Save the Children.  The objective is to provide clear guidance to orient public management in autonomous local governments to develop and implement policies, programs and projects in favour of young people.  The guides consider the competencies and policy that give local governments the faculties to carry out actions and programs, and provides a step-by-step guide to implement such programs. 

The toolbox consists of the following 5 guides: (i) Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights; (ii) Wage and Self-Employment; (iii) Public Management in favour of Adolescents and Youth (iv) Participation and Advocacy; (v) Policy: Alternative Education.
